Astec Projects believe in investment in our staff. Our trainees are recruited direct from 6th Form School, College or University and trained in-house with College release sponsored by Astec Projects. Our trainees' benefit from a structured development within an active and varied work environment. Astec Projects Ltd have a very low staff turnover, many of our staff have been with the company for most of their working life.

Astec Projects are pleased to announce the award of the following projects;

Wimbledon Centre Court refurbishment of the Centre Court for the All England Lawn Tennis Club. Contractor is Galliford Try. Design, supply and installation of soffit panels. Value circa £0.8 million.

Heron Tower a new office development in centre of London for Heron International. Contractor is Skanska, Design, supply and installation of internal glazing. Value circa £3.1 million.

Silken Hotel a new 7 star hotel development for Urvasco. Contractor is Urvasco, Design supply and installation of an internal marble facade pyramid. Value circa £1.4 million

Gloucester Quays a new mixed use development of residential, retail and office development joint venture for Peel Holdings and British Waterways. Contractor is Bovis Lend Lease, Design, supply and installation of terracotta and metal rainscreen cladding and aerofoil louvres. Value circa £4.2 million.

Mid Kent College a new college building for the Kent Local Authority. Contractor is Kier Build Limited, Design, supply and installation of  Kingspan Off Site cladding and Corium brick slip cladding system. Value circa £2.3 million

Chatham Place a new residential development for Muse Developments Ltd and Reading Borough Council. Contractor is Ardmore Construction Limited, Design , supply and installation of timber and metal rainscreen cladding. Value circa £1.9 million

St David's Cardiff Phase 1 a refurbishment of the existing retail development for the St David's Partnership. Contractor is Bovis Lend Lease, Design, supply and installation of glazed atrim and canopy. Value circa £1.7 million

St David's Cardiff Phase 2 an extension of the existing retail development for the St David's Partnership. Contractor is Bovis Lend Lease, Design, supply and installation of glazedshopfronts and canopy. Value circa £2.8 million

St James Grosvenor Waterside a new residential development for Berkeley Homes Group. Contractor is St James Limited, Design , supply and installation of terracotta and metal rainscreen cladding. Value circa £6.2 million
