Astec Projects Ltd was formed in 1994. The present Board of Directors represents the senior management at the time of incorporation and has remained so, providing continuity and success.
We are renowned throughout the Construction Industry for innovation and creativity in all our core activities. This is based on our high level of design and co-ordination experience, the use of the highest quality finished products, and attention to the contractual needs of our clients.

The Team
Astec Projects now employs over 450 people in its day to day operations.
Astec Projects invests in people, employing the very best professionals and construction specialists from truly multi-faceted backgrounds. All of the professional disciplines are represented within our staff structure.
Communication is the key aspect of modern construction and is a fundamental component of the Astec organisation. A strong contingent of the management team hail from Main Contractor or Quantity Surveying backgrounds, ensuring effective communication and empathy with the Construction Team.
We are also totally cognisant of our responsibilities for the training and development of our employees and we actively encourage all employees who wish to improve their educational qualifications and technical knowledge to complete further relevant qualifications in their specialisations. We also hold regular refresher seminars on various aspects of Construction, IT, and Health and Safety.
